Products can only be returned at the time of delivery.
Once the delivery person arrives, you may check the product. If it does not match your expectations as shown on our website or Facebook page, you may return it immediately.
If full or partial payment was made through Online Payment / SSL Commerz / Mobile Banking, refunds may take up to 7–10 working days to process.

Damaged / Defective Product

Power / Customized lenses are made according to your personal prescription and requirements.
Therefore, exchange or refund is generally not applicable for customized lens orders.
