Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

✅ Products can only be returned at the time of delivery.
Once the delivery person arrives, you may check the product. If it does not match your expectations as shown on our website or Facebook page, you may return it immediately.

✅ If full or partial payment was made through Online Payment / SSL Commerz / Mobile Banking, refunds may take up to 7–10 working days to process.


Return / Exchange Accepted In The Following Cases

✔️ Product has major damage or defects
✔️ Wrong frame size received
✔️ Wrong product delivered

⚠️ To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product.

⚠️ “Change of Mind” is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

⚠️ Once Home Delivery is accepted, products generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please pack the product exactly as you received it.


Step 3: Send The Product

The product remains your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
We recommend using a secure courier service.

Additional charges may apply for exchanges.


Exchange / Return Will NOT Be Accepted For

❌ Used products
❌ Accidental damage while wearing
❌ Sudden change of mind after ordering

📌 All returned products must be unused and returned with original packaging, box, tags, accessories, and all included items.

Cases We Will Support

✔️ Damaged / Defective Product

Please inspect the product during delivery.
If damaged or defective, return it immediately with the delivery person.

In this case, we will provide a full refund or replacement without any additional delivery charge.


✔️ Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong item, contact us with product photos.
We will send the correct product as soon as possible.


✔️ Wrong Prescription Submitted

If you accidentally submit the wrong prescription, send us your original prescription copy.
We will try our best to help resolve the issue.


✔️ Uncomfortable Prescription Glasses

If you experience blurry or uncomfortable vision, please contact us with your prescription copy.
Our support team will review the issue and provide assistance.


Important Notice

Power / Customized lenses are made according to your personal prescription and requirements.
Therefore, exchange or refund is generally not applicable for customized lens orders.

However, Opticelshop will always try its best to support customers in resolving any issue ❤️
