📍 Inside Dhaka:
Cash On Delivery is available for eligible products.

📍 Outside Dhaka:
Customers must pay an advance delivery charge before shipment confirmation.

Advance Payment Policy

⚠️ Full or partial advance payment may be required for the following orders:

Power / Prescription Glasses
Customized Lens Orders
High-value Products
Special Collection Items

Once payment is confirmed, the order will proceed for processing.

Order Confirmation

✅ After placing an order, our support team may contact you via phone call or message for order verification.

⚠️ Orders may be cancelled automatically if the customer is unreachable for confirmation.

Payment Verification

For Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer payments:

✔️ Customers must provide a valid transaction ID / screenshot after payment.
✔️ Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

✅ Online / Advance payments may take 7–10 working days to process.
✅ Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or preferred banking channel.

Fraud Prevention

Opticelshop reserves the right to:

Cancel suspicious orders
Request additional verification for high-risk transactions
Refuse service in case of fraudulent activity

⚠️ Customized or prescription lens payments are generally non-refundable once production begins.
