Shipping & Delivery

Inside Dhaka: Approx. 24 Hours
Outside Dhaka: Approx. 2–3 Working Days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are requested to check the product during delivery.

Return / Exchange Policy

Products can only be returned during delivery time if any major issue is found.

Customized or powered lens products are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins.
